i seen this post and went to the site and found my gown for 200 $$ less i didnt know that Da Vinci is mostly davids comparisons

edit : but the only thing is it doesnt say on the site they carry my size ...im a exact size 2 in the dress and they only carry a 4 ...so alterations would proubly end up at teh end costing the same

Bridal Suite of Patchogue. They are awesome...And I brought my 2yr old son with me and Carol was so patient!!! (Even when we turned around and my son was trying on long white gloves and a tiara..... Am I making him crazy with wedding stuff or what?!?!)

I am getting mine from Burtons Bridal and I too got my dress for a lot cheaper. I havent received it yet I ordered it in November and my BM dresses are waiting for all of my BM to get measured but those too were cheaper than anywhere else.

I bought my dress in RK Bridal, the bridal assistant was Gilda. She was a very nice little old lady. The place is pretty big and they carry tons of gowns. My gown was about 770, and alterations I think are capped to be 250. I guess I didn't think to ask abotu the other stuff, I will when I go try on.
i think i am goona try to go there this weekend hopefully they have my dress i want and the size i am is it really busy on the weekends
i was goona get it at davids and still might but i dont like the fact that the lady in davids bridal tried to give me my dress sizes that was to big i swear i kept telling her this is two big i need the next size lower but she wouldnt get it for me i had to have my bf go and find it for me when i tried it on it fit perfectly ... i thought that was strange

I got my at david's bridal My Olga cassini was 900 my tiara was 179 my waterfalls veil was 169 my slip was 59 my seamless bra was 50 my shoes was 45. my glove was 24. my mother paid 1426 She said that i have to pay for the alterations i just don't know how much that is?
And what is a bustle?

A bustle is what they put on the back of your dress inorder for you pin up your train that way it is not dragging behind u. I got my dress at the bridal building in Manhattan. It was 540.00. and the alt. is capped at 200.00. It is like 50. for everything you need, bustle,hem,bust and something else.

I bought mine at the Wedding Salon of Manhasset during a trunk show, so I got a % off. They don't appear to be all that flexible with price, but it can't hurt to try anyway.

i got mine @ rk bridal in nyc. my gown was $1100 and the alterations were $250. my experience there was great! the woman who helped my actually picked out my dress and i fell in love with it even though i wasn't at all what i was looking for. she knew exactly what would look good on me. i would highly recommend anyone going there, but you need to go as soon as they open or be prepared to wait! they have great prices and tons of dresses and designers!

I was there Thursday night at 7:00pm. I met with Sania, she was very nice. I put four dresses on hold since it was the first place I've been too. They seem expensive, but I haven't gone anywhere else to compare them too.
