Where did you get your invitations and STD's from?

I'm looking around at invitation and STD websites but haven't seen anything that I've fallen completely in love with. I keep thinking of something with a sea shell pattern on it, but I'm not dead set on that either. At this point, I'm willing to look at anything.

So...I'd love to know where you all got your invites and cards from.

I got my invitations through White Aisle. I made my STDs myself, with cardstock I got through Paper Source. Both the pockfolds of the invites and the STDs were the same cardstock, though. And I bought the outer envelopes myself from Paper Source and shipped them to White Aisle to be printed with our return address--they only offered white or ivory envelopes, and I wanted matching yellow ones. Yes, a bit crazy...

I made both myself. I'll post pics at some point. I'm a graphic designer so I figured I could do them myself. I think they came out good.

I made mine, but I bought the pocketfolds from Fat Cat Paperie at the Main Street Florist in Center Moriches. While I was consulting with the florist, she was making message-in-a-bottle invites. She also has some really unique paper sets.

I designed my own STD's in Powerpoint, saved as a JPG file and ordered through VISTAPRINT as postcards. Loved the quality and we got compliments on them!


I am DIY'ing my own Pocketfolds. I've *ALWAYS* wanted to do them since I saw them for the first time about 3 years ago, and to be honest they are just too expensive for me to order through someone else. So I already did a sample and will be making 100 myself.

I got my Save the Dates from agiftfulheart.com...they were great! I got my invitations from Karen's Invitations (718) 339-1929

We got our Save The Dates and Invitations from Jean M. They are wonderful. They have a web site and you can order a catalog. You can create a invitation on the web site. They have the different style invitations but you decided on the colors, the format, the lettering. It is so much fun. Then if you have any questions they have customer service on line. We love our wedding invitations and save the dates. Also if there are any mistakes they take care of them no problems and no extra cost. We hope that we helped you out.

I am not using an online service. I have been going to 'Your Invited To Celebrate' its in Mineola and I HIGHLY recommend the store and the owner is sooo helpful and great!!!

I got my save the dates from Magnet Queen (www.magnetqueen.com). I cannot begin to tell you how pleased I was with this company. There is a sample of my save the date in my album.

For invites I am using Rebecca from Wedding Invitation Design. She's excellent at re-creating expensive invites and does amazing work.

There is this wonder company named You're Invited Too! Tara is the woman---she is phenomenal---she'll come to your house and she is amazing!
