I met mine through someone at work. She knew someone that he worked with. I gave her my e-mail address to give him. We chatted on the computer. WE chatted the first time after I came home from a date.(The date had fries for dinner since he was a picky eater.lol) Once me and FH met, we've been together ever since.

My cousin was dating this guy (now her husband). She had mentioned that he had a very nice roomate and that I should meet him. The rest is history!!

We met at NY State's Fire Chief's trade show in Syracuse. We were both exhibitors...and our booths were across the way from each other. I was a hired spokesmodel, 'Nederman girl' and he worked for his father's company. He decided to go to that trade show on a whim the night before, and came all the way from St Louis. Talk about right place, right time!!

We met while stationed in Japan. He was the bartender at the club on base and I thought he was cute. It was like HS all over again my girlfriend got smashed and started yelling obscene things to him and he came and sat next to me to talk.

We met through my friend because he's his cousin. It was just dumb luck I came to hang out the one night she was hanging out with him because they never really hang out, it was only because they had a family thing. I liked him when I was 15 though when we went to a concert together.

My FH and I met several times before he asked me out. I vaugely remember the first time. He came into the bar where I work and we started talking about a theatre company where he was working. I had a boyfriend at the time and thought he was nice, but nothing else. He came in again a few weeks later and gave me the # of the director of the theatre company. Still, thought nothing of it or him. About 8 months later, a coworker of mine was celebrating her B-Day during her shift . I showed up and the only sit available was next to my FH. We remembered each other and started talking. I was single, so was he. That is how it all started 4 and a half years ago.

Another 'online' success story here Ours was on Yahoo .
Both FH and I were pushed into signing up by our respective friends ... we both were extremely skeptical and not looking for anything serious .. and we both were only giving it one month ..
