Where is Everyone from???

I'm sure this post has been done 40x's already, but I figured I'd start # 41 .. LOL

As for me..
I grew up in Massapequa (class of '90) but about 3 yrs ago I moved to Valley Stream, and i'm still there (unfortunately).

..I'm looking to move sometime soon to Rockville Centre..

Grew up in Holbrook...graduated Sachem HS in '92.

Lived in NYC-attending college (FIT)
Back to Holbrook.
Moved to NJ...Keasbey/Woodbridge area
Back to Holbrook.
Moved to Queens...Bayside
Moved to NJ...East Rutherford...bought a house last year before I met FH.

I miss LI...but I visit often.

Lived in Bethpage till I was 18- then in Bronx for college ( Fordham '98) Bethpage for a year, then Astoria, Queens and now Westchester.

Not sure where we are living after we get married- my apartment for a little while, probably.

Born in Israel - raised in Long Beach (1991) went to college at SUNY Cortland - back to Long Beach - grad school at Hofstra

FI is also from Long Beach but we never knew each other in school cause he was Class of 1996!!

We will prob end up staying in LB - unless I can finally convince him to move to South Florida!

Born, raised, and still living in Brooklyn. We hope to move somewhere to Long Island just before the wedding.

*sigh* I apologize if this is long.

I was born just outside Houston, Texas (my hometown is now inside Houston's borders I was born in League City, Texas)

Dad was Navy
9 days later I was flown to Cuba (Gitmo Bay)
Back to Texas (Beeville-sp? USS Lexington and the Interpid tours I believe)
To Norfolk VA (USS Enterprise 2 tours)
Over to Lamoore Calfornia (just north of Fresno USS Kitty Hawk tour)
Back to Houston (Ah the divorce)

Then over to San Antonio finally at the age of 10. Was there until 1999 when I moved to New York City.
Astoria for the first 4 months
Kew Gardens until this May 2003
Now Im in Hempstead.

Hopefully we will move out the month before our wedding.

I envy you guys.... I have no grade school friends.. I went to too many of them! My best friend I met in middle school after my father and stepmother finally settled down.

LOL aint that the truth honey!!!!
But this particular Southerner has learned that New York aint all that bad, just need to learn to see it for it's glory. I miss the South!!!!!

Moved to Flushing
Then Woodhaven

Now Island Park

Would love to move to Seattle , Washington, but FH, has a business here...maybe he will expand to the west coast hehe I wish ...

I noticed someone went to school in Olympia , Washington......I envy them :) And a fellow island park girl :)
