Needing some help trying to decide on our HONEYMOON! We're getting married August 29, 2009...and haven't picked a hoeymoon spot. We both though Cabo would be amazing, and we both would LOVE to go to Bora Bora. We want things to do...fishing, snorkle, romance...I guess the entire package. Are there any other spots that we should definitely look into?? I'm sure both Cabo, and Bora Bora are amazing....What pros and cons on those 2 locations??

Look into Fiji because it can be less expensive then tahiti sometimes. St Lucia is wonderful (just take a look at jade mountain. its a resort. you'll die when you see it). Look into sandals also.
Barbados has some beautiful 5 star hotels
Turks and Caicos has the best beaches and mostly adult properties so you dont have to worry about lots of kids, except if you go to Beaches turks and caicos.

Both those places would be amazing. I agree you could also look into fiji for a cheaper than bora bora location. Or look into the Maldives, although it wont be cheaper. We went to Brazil and loved it! we stayed at a resort called Nannai and it was amazing. For an alternative to cabo, you could look into Puerto Vallarta. I heard it is wonderful there!

I'm going to Bora Bora and Moorea!! Can't wait!! We got an amazing deal!!! for $8200 we are going to be there for 2 full weeks.... plus then travel time. All together we will be gone for about 18 days! We have an overwater bungalow in Bora Bora and a garden private pool bungalow in Moorea!! I can't wait to go!!!
I also hear Maldives is pretty great too!! I'd love to go there. And figi is also on my list!!

Just booked my Honeymoon to Cabo the other day... Were staying at Hacienda Del Mar... and it got excellent reviews.... I'm more excited for a real vacation just the two of us than the wedding! LOL!
