My friend is planning a wedding from out of state and is coming down this week to go looking for shoes, jewelry and favors... I know we should check Sandy's Shoes in Massapequa but I'm not sure where to look for anything else. Any recommendations (with directions or a website if possible!) would be fantastic... Thanks for your help in advance!!

I got shoes from Dyeing for You in Lindenhurst when I was in my friend's wedding, I remember they did a good job, but I think they were pricey

I got my shoes there, and my bridesmaids did too. All of the shoes are just about 55.00. It is a small store, but its all shoes. THey dye the shoes for free and they charge you 5.00 if you want to dye them black after the wedding. The man is really nice in there. they have shoes from sandles to closed toe. I am not a picky shoe person so as long as it was comfy i didnt care. They have strange store hours so i would call first. It is located on the corner of Wellwood aVe and Sunrise HYWY. He gives you 5.00 off each pair of shoes if your bridal party gets there shoes there as well.

Thanks so much! If you are heading south on Wellwood is it on the right side or left?

Since you'll be in the area of massapequa, there's two store you can visit.
There is a pretty decent favor shop on broadway in massapequa. From Sandys shoes go westbound on sunrise highway for about 1/2 mile. Where the massapequa train station is, make a right. You'll see Bridal Reflections. Go down broadway for about half a mile. Its on your right hand side. I think its called broadway favors.
There is also another favor and invite store called fairytale affairs on merrick road. If your coming from sandys shoes, go south on park blvd which is the major intersection right next to sandy's shoes. Go about 1/4 mile down park blvd to merrick road. Make a left and its right on your left next to 1800 flowers.
