Where to register!

Where are some good places to register for the bridal shower?

fortunoff and bed, bath and beyond

i had a bad experience with macy's (which is where i am registered) and found fortunoff's to be better for a lot of reasons in my experience.

but BBB was great

I have heard a lot of people have bad experience with fortunoff. they don't take things off the registry and then a pain to return each item to each department.

how about crate & barrel, william sonoma, linens and things, target, peir 1

I think I am going to register at
Fortunoff, Crate & Barrel and Sur La Table (I love cooking and baking)

There is also Macy's, Home Depot, Pottery Barn, Target, Bed Bath & Beyond and Linen's & Things.

All good suggestions above... i am registered at Fortunoff's and Macy's and also the Pampered Chef.

A good thing to consider is what stores are near the majority of the people that will be buying your gifts. for example, if most of your family/friends are out of state, dont register at Fortunoff since they're only in NY and NJ...etc. etc.

We registered at Bloomingdale's. It was the first place we went to and it was a great experience.

The woman who helped us was really nice, and she spent a lot of time going over everything with us. Her name was Michele.

We'll probably also do Fortunoff and Bed Bath and Beyond.

I am registered at fortunoffs and Bed Bath and Beyond and will be registering at William Sonoma and Pottery Barn. I think I may switch Fortunoffs though because I have not had the greatest experiences with them so far. Sometimes they are very helpful and sometimes they are not. Sometimes they are just down right nasty.

I think I will register at Macys, maybe fortunoffs(fortunoffs has china that i like that macys doesn't have) maybe williams sonoma.

None of these stores are in my hometown and the old ladies aren't internet literate...so i'll register at the local furnishing store(they put a table with your pic on it and your table setttings with crystal, china and flatware) and maybe the target for some everyday household stuff.
