Mine was at The Plaza in Manhattan in 1986 and I went solo!
Well, I actually chauffeured (sp?) my one best friend and her date and my other best friend who was also dateless. BIG FUN!!
Afterwards I think we went to a party on the Upper West Side - had to pee behind a dumpster (can't even remember if this was me or my solo friend, I just know it's part of our 'prom story'), came back to Queens and we were going to hang out in a terminal at LaGuardia and watch planes ( ) but at the time the parking lots were meters and we had no change!!!!

My prom was at the Huntington Harbor Club in 1995. I went with my then HS boyfriend, and his name was Jeff W. We broke up that summer as I was leaving for college. I did not like HS but I actually loved my prom. I have some very fond memories of it since I was totally vindicated and this girl who gave me problems during HS was totally called out by everone else and I was made prom queen. She said that she would be it, and everyone else voted for me. So it was really nice.
