When are you getting married there? Are you staying at the Inn the night of? What room is your reception in? Who is your BM?

Glad to see there's another Fox Hollow bride out there. I'm sure there is more!
Everyone told me the engagement goes fast. You have less time than me, but I can't believe I have less than a year! You must be so excited!!!
My cocktail hour they told me will be outside, weather permitting or whatever I wanted. I'm pretty sure if we decide to have it indoors, it is going to be in the Briar Fox.
What about you? Outdoors???
How many times have you gone to check it out? I want to go back and look at the place again! I've been there 3 times already! Just to look!

They told me the same thing about the cocktail hour - I go back and forth between hoping that it's outside and hoping that it's in the Briar Fox - since I love that room too! And if it's outside, do the guests just go right through gates to the terrace and not even bother going inside? I love the front entrance too and I want everyone to see that part too! LOL! Whatever happens it will be beautiful, I know...!

I go back to see it alot! I can't remember the number of times I've been back - maybe once a month? I go to show BP members, FH's family when they come to town, my family, or just to go and get myself excited!!
I know there are lots more Fox Hollow brides here -I even became good friends with one getting married the night before I am! LOL! We also went one evening and they let us see all the rooms, take pictures, stay as long as we wanted- I just love that place!

I think I have to get back there! I hate when I forget what the place looks like.
I'm not sure if the guests just go through the gates to the terrace. I'm pretty sure they do. I was there one night when there was a wedding and they were directed right to the terrace. However, some guests didn't know where they were going and went inside.
I know their vestibule (sp?) or whatever you would call it, is gorgeous. Maybe I'll just tell my guests to scope the place out! haha!
I can't wait!!! I'm jealous - you're in 4 months! I'll be looking forward to your review!

I'm getting married April 25, 2003. We have the Winter Garden Pavilion for the cocktail hour and the Briar Fox for the reception. I can't believe that 4 months from Christmas day will be when our wedding takes place. Time really does fly.
Oh, by the way Mary, I just checked my email at home and received back the email I had sent to you last night. I tried forwarding it, so let me know if you get it (We finally got an apartment and I enclosed pics).
Have you girls decided what entrees you'll have for dinner?

No, Mary and I did not know eachother before liweddings, but we quickly became wonderful friends. I consider her one of my closest, and we have only met once.
My FH and I are not doing the vienesse hour, not adding any extra's. We did have Fox Hollow throw in a pasta dish during our reception, after the salad, before main meal. We also aren't sure what we are picking for cocktail hour or the main dinner.
Have you booked your honeymoon yet? Oh, and yes, we actually do have a room booked at the Fox Hollow Inn the night of our wedding.

I wanted to join in. May 11, 2003. The Garden Terrace room w/ hopefully an outdoor cocktail hour or Briar Fox if its too cold. I did book the Inn but I'm not sure. I'm also working with JR and he's the best. I've been back about five times already. I just love to see it over again. I'm glad to see you all love it as much as I do.

More Fox Hollow brides!! I'm getting married there on April 17, 2004. We are having our cocktail hour in the restaurant and the reception in the Winter Garden Pavillion. JR is our BM and has been great so far. We just booked a few weeks ago so we haven't really thought about any of the details yet. Not sure about staying at the Inn, but it looks really nice from the outside. I love the Fox Hollow!

I'm not but my brother got married there and I just want to say that it is amazing!! I LOVE that place. I would've looked into it myself, but I didn't want to do a 'repeat' Congrats and good luck to everyone getting married there--you won't be dissapointed! i've never heard a bad thing!!

I was thinking maybe I should have, too - especially when I read rave reviews about others that had it, but I think you're right - especially if we want people to continue the party - in my case since it ends early!

I guess i am the next in line (according to this thread)... that REALLY worries me!
All what is really left to do is order the invites... (i'm going to do some time this week) and make sure everything is paid... my parents were supposed to be making the final payment to the Fox Hollow, but they decided that they weren't... and they only told us last week... so i'm REALLY stressed... trying to figure out ways to make more money now...
At least when it's all said and done... i'll be very proud of this day!
