sn00k4--sorry to hear about your parents too. I know it will be hard, but try not to stress too much. In the end it will all be worth it and you will have a beautiful wedding.
Mishy--what kind of pasta dish did you get? Did anyone go for a tasting before they picked their menu? My wedding is still pretty far off so I haven't done any of this yet, but I was just wondering.
For those of you using their recommended vendors, do they get to eat for free? JR told us that vendors are 1/3 off, but I didn't think to ask if it is the same for their house vendors.

Hi!
I was told the same thing from JR about the vendors meals. I did not specifically ask about house vendors. I don't think there is a difference.
As for the Pasta, I got the pasta extra too and it's just Penne with tomato sauce or something. Very plain, but I'm glad I'm getting it!
As for the Perfect Wedding Planner. FH and I did go. They give you a very organized binder, a lot of helpful hints and some of their house vendors are there. I think it was pretty helpful. You should go! JMO of course!
