so my job let us out early today..aroun 4pm...i automatic start my car...go out there...clean all the snow off....
go to get in...door is LOCKED!!! yup...locked and RUNNING...with my bag on the front seat!!
i have never in my life done this..i was soooo mad. luckily my co-worker lives down the block from me so she took me home and i got my spare keys and had to have my mom drive me back to get my car.
i shoulda known this would happen today..today i walked out of the house an dlocked th edoor behind me and didnt have my keys lol

this is why i'm so glad that i have remote start and i'm also glad that my car won't lock with the car running and keys in the ignition. you have to put it in drive first.
at least you were able to get home and get your spare set of keys.

ugh i totally know how this feels...did it like twice in the last year.....most recently at Stony Brook University, my class ends at 8 and i was locked out of my car, but luckily my mom was gonna be in stonybrook that night, so i jus had to wait til 10 for her to be done w/what she was doing....
im a little flighty sometimes!!!

my car doesnt lock but i am neurotic so everytime i put the keys in the ignition and i wanna clean off my car i alwasy hit unlock again, just in case...this time i hit lock!!

awww so today i closed the umbrella on my finger and it hurts like hell as i was trying to run for the freaking bus!! ughh yea today was a special day I am glad you got your problem solved!! i go ouch as i type this message!

I did it in October - problem was I locked my bag in there with my extra set of keys along with my cell phone.
This happened to me once. I ran out of my car to run into the ATM. I had to call my dad who called the riverhead police dept to come with that thing that I think they call the slim jim. Ever since then I leave my window down or the door cracked, and this was like 9 yrs ago lol...
