Whew! Finally...we are offically in contract!
Ok ladies it is official. The seller signed and we are officially in contract on the townhouse. I am sooo happy and relieved. They want to close December 15th so we will see if that is going to happen. Thanks for all your support and sweet FM's with encouragement during the stressful waiting period!Kim
