I love both of these gowns. i finally saw the watters and watters one yesterday.
these are both in the colors i would get.
and the w&w one is frappucino the bill levkoff is the euro taupe

As one of your BMs I love #1...it's very elegant and I luuuuuurve the little train! I also prefer the frappucino color, it's a little more forgiving than gold! I think it would also do better with the black magic roses you wanted.
I like #2 (and, of course, will wear anything you tell me to, because you're the boss of me), but the high waist always makes me nervous. Is that gold the color you brought to Selden this weekend? The one I tried on too?

to answer your question both colors are similar the computer really distorts it. the color i brought this weekend is the euro taupe.

see this is the dilema
the front of the first one is very plain but still would look great on all of my girls. None of them has any kind of butt. so this dress should flatter all of them.
I still love the front of dress # 2 though.
Well at least i narrowed it down to two gowns instead of ten.
