when i did my trial, she did the makeup first. not sure why.

hair first bc otherwise the hairspray and stuff could mess up your makeup

i think i will probably have my hair blown out and then put rollers in, get makeup up, then take out the rollers and finish my hair

Hair- they're not coming to us either, which is fine because it's so close by.
Then make-up/photog should both show up around the same time.
