I like pampers especially swaddlers I think that's what they are called. They don't leak and they have flaps that stretch. I also like the babyrus brand and the worst of all of them are huggies. They leak. But of course your kid is going to be different, It really depends on what is comfortable for them.

I know you are going to get alot of Pampers fans but I was always a Huggies fan. I foudn the Pampers were too wide in the crotch area on Lukie and even when I tried some newborn pampers on Tara that I got from the hospital, she has the same problem. I found Huggies a little narrower and fit my kids well. The Huggies Ultratrim not the other line they had out. However I answered Other because I use White Cloud diapers on them now. They are the Walmart brand but they are really really good. If you have a Walmart near you, I recommend you try them out. They're alot less expensive that the Pampers or Huggies or even Luvs but are just as good IMO

I've always used Pampers. First the Swaddlers and then Cruisers. I've tried both Huggies and Luvs, but I just wasn't thrilled with them. I buy them in the case at BRU when they have the 15% or $5 off coupons and I also use store coupons to bring the price down considerably.
ETA: I did not like the Pampers Baby Dry at all! And Andrew has neer leaked in any of the diapers we've tried.

I use Pampers Swadlers. I wasn't thrilled with Huggies. I also have some Pampers Baby-Dri which aren't bad but the swaddlers are softer imo.

Right now I am useing higgies supreme and sometime they leak on me. I have tried pampers an they also leaked on me. I selected Huggies, since that is the brand I use 99% of the time.

I use Pampers. Huggies leaked way too much for me. I've heard that Pampers are better for girls and Huggies for boys. I don't know why but that's what I have found in my conversations with people.

I originally was using Pampers Baby Dry, but they cut into Emily in the crotch area. So, I switched to Huggies Supreme, and they are much softer and gentler on her. Never had a blow out or a leak. You really just need to try a bunch of different diapers, and even as they grow, you will probably use a different brand. I just tried the white clouds, and she had 3 blow-outs. I hear the CVS brand is really great, but I have so many coupons for huggies that I will stick with them until I run out. Then it is back to store brand hunting...

I used the Pampers Swaddlers primarily when he was younger, but then started having problems with leaking at night. Leaking with every diaper under the sun! I've tried them all, until he is well into a size it didn't matter what I used except the CVS brand!
We are just finishing up some White Cloud, which are good too. Then I am on to the case of Pampers Cruisers I got with all sorts of coupons.
As the mom of a boy that I often find neck to knees in pee at night, I was given a tip to try the Huggies Overnights so I will probably try a pack of those for nights.
ETA: I answered Other, since I am not loyal to a specific brand. I like pampers, but even they have leaky days (or nights I should say) and I feel they have you by the beans with price. JMO
