Ladies, Having a hard time deciding on what color vest/tie FH should wear, white or silver??? I really like the look of white but it may be too much white and all blend together. The silver is sharp looking also. My girls are wearing wine and that's what the GM's are wearing, burgundy vests/ties. What do you think will look better, white or silver??? HELP!!

I personally think white on white is too bland. White on black is a personal preference, if you and he want him wearing a black shirt that day. Also, it depends on if you're wearing white or diamond white or ivory... his shirt shouldn't wash out your dress. I thought the silver enchantment look white/silver in person with just the right amount of brightness, but showed up a little more platinum in pics, which is the effect I wanted.
I do have to say...
it depends on what your FH looks better in. I went into the tux shop on Sat. all set and ready to order platinum for my guy. Turns out, he looked the best in Silver Enchantment. SO HOT. He really picked up his skin color and eyes the best. Platinum wasn't bright enough for him. I guess it's the same with us girls... sometimes what we think is going to look good, doesn't actually look good when you put it on. And if he complains about having to try on 5 or 6 different vests, that's NOTHING to the 6,000 dresses WE had to try on, so DEAL!
My groomsmen, by the way, will match the BM's with merlot vests.

I actually like the white! Your're probably having the groomsmen's ties and vests matching the bridesmaids dresses, right? So then you should have your FH match you That's just my opinion.

abs white on white- very classic. this is what my FH is doing. he's doing the traditional bow tie also.

I think that silver, breaks up all of the white. So I would go with silver. But a friend of mine had white on white and it looked good too.

I have the same exact color scheme as you and we just did this the other day. we actually chose white. without my dress being righ there next to it to compare, it was a safer bet and we liked both.
