Which pots are better?

Ok, if you had to choose ONE type for daily use - brands aside - which would it be? Stainless Steel or some sort of nonstick??

We registered for Emeril's copper bottom stainless steel.... Also for some seperate non-stick frying pans.

but I have Wolfgang Puck's stainless and I LOVE them
