I've never been to Lips, but we went to Lucky Chengs and had a great time.

Lips, but it depends on your personality.

We went to Lucky Chengs for my MOH's bachelorette party, and while it was fun for the first 15 minutes, after a while it was the same thing over and over, drag queens giving lap dances to customers. And the rest of our group also got disgusted. (Me, personally, it didn't bother me, which is why I said depends on the personality).

we went to Lucky Changs and they kind of looked at us like we were out of place, and the drag queen beoch that was MCing up stairs hit me on the head with the microphone cause I wouldnt stop whistling at the guy on stage taking his pants off!!

umm hello we are a bunch of drunk girls at a party... of course im going to yell when I see pee pee!!!!
