1)

before the eighteenth of September.

__ Accepts with pleasure
__ Declines with regret
Number attending___

Complimentary shuttle service will be provided to and from Chateau La Mer from the Sheraton for all hotel guests
__Interested in transportation

2)same thing but after where they fill in their name, no 'accepts with pleasure line'

darn I shoulda done that shuttle thing! Now I'm gonna have to make a ton of phone calls on top of the ones you usually have to make to track people's responses down!
