Would you prefer a restaurant style shower, a shower at someone's house, or you don't really care?
This issue has been brought up between my mom and FMIL.

My one request to my mom was to have the shower at either my house or hers! I have always like them better. To me, it is a more intimiate setting & also people don't feel so rushed! You can take your time opening gifts & eating.
It is all a personal preference

I always prefer at a restaurant if there are a lot of guests. I hate not having a comfortable place to sit for the present-opening marathon. (I went to a shower in someone's house once and ended up eating my food on the floor and sitting on the floor for the presents...talk about poor planning).

in the summer, I would prefer a backyard shower. Any other time, probably a restaurant shower - mostly due to space issues.

A house shower, if it's at my own house. I've always imagined my shower would be there!

I told my family I wanted it at someone's house - so my aunt stated she wanted to hold the party.

I think I would like mine in a restauraunt. I just like the whole setting. Plus, sometimes it ends up being cheaper than having it at home. I also don't want my mom having to worry about serving and clean up...I want her to enjoy the day also.

I prefer a home shower, if someone has enough space to do it. I am planning my cousins shower right now, we are doing it at a restaurant b/c unfortunately, none of us have the room to do it at someones house, also, i wouldnt want to have to set up and clean everything up
