Check out Duet for photos and video. They are amazing and very reasonably priced! Their website is www.duetwedding.com

I second Duet for photo and video.

Re: Which vendor would you recommend?

I third Duet...

Also, Music by Michael is a great DJ.

I've found both to be VERY accessilble by email, which is great if you're planning from a distance.

Also, Michael has an extensive password-protected searchable database on his website. You can add songs to a Must Play or Do Not Play list, request something that you can't find in his database, etc.

FM me if you want more info.

Good luck, & have a safe trip!

Re: Which vendor would you recommend?

photo, video, flowers, and DJ.

Photo: I'd go see duet, check out the official duet photography thread if you haven't already. My other tops were Marco and Vivid, both had great pics but more expensive.

Video: Again, DUET

DJ: We are using In the Mood in Smithtown, near the Watermill.

Sorry can't be a help on flowers, I'm getting confused with that myself.

There are so many good vendors on this board. You might want to start by seeing which ones have your date available.
