honestly I love my RH to death I wouldnt want it anywhere else...the only thing i would change is I would have it on a sat night instead of a sunday night ...but sat nigth was just too much money.. almost $200 per person and we werent willing to spend that much. other then that its perfect and I ant wait to get married there!http://www.innatnhp.com/
I also have pics from the showcase in my album

Are you having your reception in the new room there? If so, that place is AMAZING! The did fabulous rennovations and additions and I was blown away by it! (Ps - I went there for a band showcase and we ended up going on a tour because my parents were married there 30 years ago). But wow, what a phenomenal ball room!

yup we are goign to have a new cocktail room which isnt built yet...its supposed to give an outdoor look for brides who cant have the wedding outdoors its an itallian tuscan theme with a waterfall..cant wait t see it and then the reception is in the main ballroom...cant wait!

I adore my hall and wouldn't change it for the world!!!

We also looked at Captain Bill's and thought it was beautiful but not a fan of the CH.

If money was no option...I would say Flowerfields. I went to a wedding there and OMG...it was simply breath taking!!! Food was great...I mean really great! And the grounds well it's called Flowerfields for a reason. It is elegant and beautiful!!!!!!!!

Re: Which was your favorite RH?

I saw some pictures of lofts in Manhattan that looked awesome! I also liked pics from the botanical gardens in brooklyn- but my room reminds me of that, so I am happy! LOL I actually saw a pic of my room years ago right before I met FH, and I remember thinking that would be a dream place for me to get married. So Im pretty happy with my choice!

I also would have loved a tented wedding at a vineyard, but I didn't want o deal with the stress of an outside reception. But it would have been amazing!

I love my hall! If we didn't fall in love with it, we probably would have went with Russos. They know how to throw a wedding!

I love your RH too

We looked at sooooooooo many, Jericho Terrace was the last one we saw because we cancelled the ones we had left after that... we loved it and booked on the spot.

I wouldnt worry so much about wowing your guests...at the end of the day you and fh have to be in love with it...Do you have a budget in mind, or is $ not an object?

I loved mine.....of course. The Carltun. Hands down...a great place. Classy & elegant...I guess that's the same thing.

I was also deciding between that & Tribeca (totally different feel...took WAY too long to get there in traffic)) & The Lighthouse at Chelsea Piers (nice...but lacking something for me).

I LOVED Lands End...but it was too far from our church.

this post kind of makes me sad...

we really wanted to get married in montauk, but it was just too hard and too much money. we were thinking montauk yach club

we're really happy with our place, but its not montauk

I looked at both of your places and I have to tell you - if it were my choice based solely on the pictures - I would choose the Beach Club Estate. It looks phenomenal and I'm sure you will have an amazing wedding there!

Re: Which was your favorite RH?

My biggest problem or concern I guess . . . the weather. I mean so many of these places look gorgeous on the outside - I want a place with gardens or a place like VYC with the Great South BAy in the background BUT what if it rains? Is it worth spending all that extra money on a place with beautiful grounds when you might not be able to take pictures in the gardens or outside anyway? That's the main reason I chose Floral Terrace (that and the gorgeous ballroom).

I don't know - anybody else think about this?
