if you were a guest at my wedding what would be easier for you?

a saturday morning ceremony that starts at 11

or a sunday night ceremony that would start probably around 4?

Saturday morning, unless it's a Sunday with a Monday holiday.

Saturday at 11... 4 on a Sunday might get some who are a little further away home kind of late...

I think Saturday is more convenient. If it were a Sunday afternoon instead of a Sunday night, that would be more convenient. A lot of people don't like going to Sunday night weddings though, because they usually have work the following Monday.
