do i count kids towards the minimum even if 6 are free? i know vendors are a special rate so i dont count them right?

Only full price adults count towards min. Children and vendors do not.

If you think your going to be under talk to your BM and see if they can count kids towards the min. so you don't have to invite more people.

Unless you don't meet your min. Then you can count them towards your min, but pay full price for them.

if u cant meet your minimum.. children and vendors can absolutely be counted as full price.
if that happens..u make sure the children get REAL food. not fries and chicken fingers

we're only 9 under our minimum and still waiting to hear from 20 something people, so hopefully we hit the number but i'm not sure. a lot of guests from FH's side are not coming....
