I went yesterday and spoke with Joe. I felt a little pressured, but overall I liked the Rolls' they had.

I dealt with Manny too. He was brief and not extremely friendly but fine for me. They had what I wanted and we worked on the price (I had to add extra hours so I had stuff to play with in my negotiating).
I had Phil as my limo driver for my escalade and enjoyed working with him.

I have been calling them recently to try and redeem a prize I won at a LIW GTG. At the first GTG, I won a car for hotel to airport transfer for the day after our wedding. I called Royalty to claim the prize, and they are giving me the runaround- no one seems to know about it, and I have called twice w. no response, its very frustrating. Anyone have a name I can ask for who is helpful?

I dont remember who we dealt with. I think it was the owner. He was very nice and they had all the cars we wanted. With regards to getting in contact with them, did you try emailing them at [email protected]?

I dealt with a woman but sorry can't remember her name - it looks like the signature on the contract says 'Mary' but after reading this thread maybe she wrote 'Manny' She was great tho - very patient & helpful, gave us some cost cutting ideas & various ways we could do things re: renting limos. We booked on the spot!

I met with manny and he was actually very nice...He even gave me a kiss on my way out...which was a little weird
