belletristics. i found her on etsy, i think, and she designed the invites for $20. they looked great!! (she doesn't do the printing)

I used my friend who is just starting out, Jennifer Kristen Designs. She is AMAZING, detailed, and will work with any budget.
I've actually referred some LIW brides to her and they've all be more than happy!
