FH proposed in front of my MOH and her bf in Magic Kingdom so they knew first. My parents didnt find out until we got back home from FL three days later.

we got engaged at 2 in the morning...i called my mom only ...she thought something happened to me because i was hysterical...the next day we had a party at my house

come to think of it...he proposed at my job, so i walked around in a daze and told all my close co-workers before I even thought to call my parents!

My parents knew already, he asked them 2 weeks before so I called my three best girlfriends who have been waiting for that phone call forever!

Well my FH had asked my parents for their blessing and for my grandmother's diamond (it was really important to me to use that for my engagement ring), and he tried to plan a proposal a few times but the ring wasn't ready.

So when it finally happened my parents knew and were waiting at home with his parents and champagne to celebrate! My mom told my brother in advance too. The first person I actually called was my best friend.
