FHs BM came out from NY last night and wanted FH to give him a list of people he wanted to invite for the Bachelor party. FH started rambling off some names and I interjected that they're not invited to the wedding. FH said it didn't matter. I was under the impression that the people invited to the bachelor party were those that were invited to the wedding also. Most of FHs friends are out of state and would not be able to fly in. He wanted to invited some guys from work and BMs brother all of whom are not being invited to the wedding. What are your thoughts?

My FI is inviting guys to his BP that aren't invited to the wedding and he has also got invited to BP's when he wasn't invited to the wedding. I think it might be different for guys.

I agree- for guys it is different, they dont get 'insulted' as easily, they use it as a nie out with the guys ...FH just came from one last weekend and we are not invited to wedding..

Yeah it is different for guys, we even h ad a guy who knows he isn't invited to the wedding asking my FH to be invited to the bachelor party. They vary though from a lot of people to smaller, my FH's bachelor party (next weekend) is just BP and about 8 other close friends.
