I didn't purchase my veil from RK Bridal, but you should check out Basia Custom Headdresses & Accessories.
Basia is the sweetest lady who custom makes veils and hair jewelry in her apartment on the UWS. She is the sweetest lady has a great eye(she actually helped me decide on how I should wear my hair) and her veils are a fraction of the cost of what they are in stores.
FH's cousin got her veil at Tri County. She said they had tons to choose from and much cheaper than the bridal salons.

i've been there a couple of times and i don't even know where their veil section is. when i tried on some dresses, my sales person bought out a few veils for me to try on with the dress to see if it'll complement it. i'm not sure how much of a selection they have.

I bought my veil at RK bridal and they do have a rack with a ton of veils you can look at and try on. I would however recommend you shop aroung because RK is pricey and I think you could find the same thing at Barrons (Tri county) for much less.

I think the accessories at RK Bridal are a little overpriced. My friend just got her veil from a shop on 39th- between 7th & 8th (one block east from RK). Forget the name but she is really happy w/ the place. Tri County also gets a lot of reviews on here and Kathy Occansey (Occansey Bridal Designs) get a lot of great reviews for inexpensive veils and is very helpful.
