we opted not to do it. Its my parents 43rd anniversary that day so i'm going to have my parents dance to their song and while they're dancing i'm going to toss the bo-k to my mom.

i'm doing the bok toss. mostly because i get a free toss bok from my florist
however i was just thinking, there arent many 'single' girls in my family/friends. so who the heck am i going to throw it to?

i read somewhere that it is innapropriate to throw the BoK if you know that the majority of the women are already married or are still single but over 30 b.c . This is just what I read in one of those bride magazines . This is Not my opinion.

we are doing it. When i think of going to a wedding this is one of the things i think of. I think some people would be disappointed to not see it at a wedding especially the older people. Its a tradition!!!!!!

This is why I am not doing it. Most of my friends are married already - and family is too, I am the last to get married. I think I will have maybe 6-8 girls there that are single? And most of them have been in long relationships or are engaged. So, I'm not throwing it.
And FH is wayyyy to shy to take my garter off in front of anyone so we are not doing the garter throw either.
I also want more time to parrrty so leaving this out - and the subsequent putting-the-garter-on-the-girl-who-caught-the-bok - will give us more time.

i am doing it, everytime ive been to a wedding that did this it ended up being histerical and one of the funniest moments at the wedding, the last 2 weddings really ended up being histerical moments so why not.
I do have a decent amount of single ppl so it will be fine
