I'm doing it!!! I think it's fun and traditional. I also feel like soooo many people don't do it anymore, so I'm kind of like I want to be different and start doing it again. Hahaha.

But I'm not going to have the guy put the garter on the girl who caught the bouquet. I've always thought that part was dumb. I'm just gonna have a girl catch the bouquet, and a guy catch the garter, and that's it.

An idea for anyone who feels they don't have enough single friends, why not have the DJ announce that all women are invited to go up - whether they're married, single, engaged, etc. Have them say it's just for fun and you don't need to be single to catch it.

I'm not doing either -I was doing the bo-k toss but most of my friends are already married, and I'm too shy for the garter thing

We're doing it, and we are 34! Most of my friends are in their 30's and single. 30's are the new 20's! I love the tradition of it!
