I'm going to do all three! I'm very sentimental like that and save everything. I'm not just going to dry my flowers out myself though, i'm going to use that Keepsake floral place and have it framed!

Preserve the dress, Gabbie! You never know - in a few years you might decide to have a baby, and maybe you'll want to use some of the fabric from your gown for a christening dress... its better to have it preserved even if the train is damaged, b/c it will prevent it from yellowing, etc.
oh i didnt even think about that hmmmmmmmmmmmmmm good idea
how much does preserving cost? i heard like $400
thats half of what my dress cost!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I did freeze my cake. but not the entire top part. I just took a piece for both and the rest we ate, because we didn't really get to taste it the day of...lol
I will be preserving my dress. but it's still hanging on my closet door. i look at it everyday and smile
my bouquet lasted about 5 days before it finally died...lol...after that i took the intial off of the wrap and threw it away.

All said and done I think it ran me $500-600 kinda forgot. Yea its a lot but I really wanted it. Cut costs elsewhere and worked a second job to help ease the cost.
I got an oval frame with my entire bq preserved, petal restoration, color restored (which you will not have when you dry your flower upside down - this looks like how the bq was the day of forever) and I plan to hang it on the wall.

Gabbie....no no no no Mama!! No 600 dollars. Go to WedClean.net and read about it. For 200 (Iincluding shipping) dollars I had my dress CLEANED (and I had stains by the end of the night, believe me!) AND preserved, and it came out beeeeeeeeautiful. I should take a pic.
You pay online, they send you a box, you pack your gown up, mail it out (PREPAID sticker already on it) You can track it online, plus they email you updates as they are cleaning it, and they ship it back to you clean and preserved in a restoration box. I was scared shipping it out, but several girls on her had great experiences with them, so its totally safe! You can even buy insurance from them for 20 bucks if your nervous about it.
Do a search on here of WedClean and youll see.

I am doing one and three- I had my gown cleaned (thank you for reminding me I need to call about it) and then preserved along with my veil too. I had stains by the end of the day trust me on that! MIL took it to Lillette's (where I bought my gown) to get it done and she paid for it.
DH's parents are holding the top layer of our cake for our one year anniversary - if it were at our house I'd be afraid DH would eat it before then if he got the munchies.
I wanted to dry my flowers but I did the bo-k toss and we were going away the next day on the HM so I said forget about it.
