holy sh*t ME!!!
I gained close 15 lbs in a month.
The HM did it, then the fact that I've quit smoking did it. and the holidays did it for sure!!!
I AM SO DISGUSTED WITH MYSELF!!!

I am I am! I keep telling myself this is my last week of eating 'real' food so I'm enjoying junk food while I still have it. But as of Jan 1st I am going on my fish diet. My friend lost almost 20 lbs in 3 months eating mostly fish for dinner and cutting out the junk food (and of course combined with a daily walk/run). And being that I love fish, it shouldn't be a problem. The only problem i foresee is cutting out the junk. I'll need serious help with that one!

Yes me. I started it almost 3 weeks ago and kicked up exersize to 4x a week. I wanted to avoid the gain through the holidays. Happy to report I lost 6 lbs even through the holidays.

did I mention many? Cosmos!
Only 4 billion more pounds to go!

Joined the buff brides program at NYSC last week and am getting my butt in gear for my wedding which is less than 8 weeks away. Trying my best to eat better!
