I lost 15 pounds over the summer and gained most of it back since school started and no time for the gym...

ME TOO...and I just ate like a half a box of cereal...

I WAS trying to be healthy and eat yogurt and a 'little bit' of cereal for dinner but I just kept shoving it in my mouth!!

Does anyone know if there are any holiday speacials going on at any gyms?
I haven't been to the gym since Thanksgiving!!! OMG, that sux. I am looking to join a new gym so I can get it in gear. I am hoping my salon doesn't call to say my dress is in b/c I refuse to try it on until I lose the 5 ponds I gained since I last tried it on over the summer! Lol

I said I was going to the gym tonight....and I didn't....as I sat here popping 2 truffles in my mouth and had BK for dinner also!!!

Damn it, all the walking I did last night just went to hell.....

ME!!! I've been so bad! I was dieting earlier this month, lost a couple pounds, managed to gain back what I lost and then some in the last week and a half. My pants are starting to feel snug - they used to slide down! And, I'm huffing and puffing a lot more. I feel like a cow and I'm horrified, and will be starting on 1/1.

I wouldn't say I'm dieting - but I am definitely off the holiday wagon and back to my healthier ways!!!

I'm not going on a diet per se - just going to make a real effort to eat better and drink more water. Also want to up my work out from 4 days a week to 5 days a week.
