My matron of honor recently had a baby. I can't seem to get her on the phone or emails, which is totally understandable. My mother/mother in law are eager to help but I would like to have the opinion of someone who is in a similar state of mind/similar tastes. My fiance feels its the job of the bride to plan, but I hate doing this. Who is helping you plan?

im basically planning it on my own with the help of one of my bridesmaids who is getting married in a few months. my matron of honor lives out of state, so its hard for her

My FH is very involved actually I make him be involved because I know if I choose a vendor & he doesn't like them he won't ever let me forget it!!!

im basically doing it all on my own (meaning no help from FH) but i alwys ask my sis, mom and cousin for their ideas and opinions bec. im very indicisive

FH and I are pretty much doing it all..... meaning I set up apts. drag him along and tell him what we like. one of my bridesmaids came dress shopping with me and I showed my maid and matron of honor before I got it.... and of course LIWEDDINGS!!!!!!

Hahaha same problem here...i'm ver indecisive. Need more spine but you did give me an idea....one of my bridesmaids is getting married 6 months before me....maybe I will try to do this with her.

Mostly me. But I always run things by FH, my MOM and FMIL and one of my BM who is helpful and into planning. My sis (MOH) isnt realy involved, but she is not really ever involved much in any family stuff so its just her.
I go to vendors by myself unless FH is off of work. My BP hasnt gone to any with me. They will just go for BM dresses.

Mostly me also. FH comes to vendor appts just to hear pricing. My BMs give me some imput, but its mostly all me.

Im doing it all alone. My sister (MOH) moved back to Philly and she's not the type to take control and plan things. Im planning my own bachelorette party too. It su cks but what can you do...

I'm very happy to say that my FH has taken a lot of interest in planning the wedding and has 100% had input on all the decisions that we've made. I mean, I get input here and there from my mom and my cuz but everyone I have is out of town so they can only do so much ya know? So really its just been me and FH planning most of it.

I am doing most of the research and planning.
FH goes with me when we meet with vendors.. and my mom offers to help with everything.
