My matron of honor recently had a baby. I can't seem to get her on the phone or emails, which is totally understandable. My mother/mother in law are eager to help but I would like to have the opinion of someone who is in a similar state of mind/similar tastes. My fiance feels its the job of the bride to plan, but I hate doing this. Who is helping you plan?

well my mom sis and best friends are givin me advice..as fh does too...its like a joint effort.
but the ideas that mean a lot to of us are mine and fhs ideas...and we wont let people let us shake them.

Its mainly me and FH but my mother and MOH (cousin) and aunts all want to pitch in. sometimes its too overwhelming too many opinions.
then I start doubting my original choices

me, myself and i...with the help of all you ladies and your opinions
sometimes ill drag my moh or one of my bridesmaids to things with me haha but i always feel bad asking people to do stuff bc i know everyone has such different busy schedules so i usually just do it myself..but starting in sept i know ill have to get some help from people bc i will be extremey busy and wont have enough time to do it on my own

my mom and dad...
they are paying... so all the vendors are them... FH and i give our input and make the final decision but they narrow it down to the 2 they want...

edit: i do get to choose my dress and the colors and favors and all teh details.. but its on my parents budget... so they still leave it up to me and FH but all in all it has to work with their $

FH REALLY...MOH is busy with shower., MIL is busy with who knows lol..she is busy buying stuff off my registry lol..my mom is not in best health.
Everyone else is sick of me talking about wedding related things- thats why I have you all!

Me and FH. FH gets really upset if I dont include him, hes a lil bit of a groomzilla. I changed the color scheme a while back and forgot to tell him for all of a day and he was sooo upset.
But besides the two of us i get some input from my mom and sis (whos my MOH). My mom is paying for our vendors so I have budgets on what I can spend but besides that its up to FH and I.
I let my mom take control and plan pretty much my whole e-party cause she loves to plan parties and I knew we would want to plan the wedding our way.

it's mainly me and my mom helps me tremendously..FH doesn't really do much, maybe a lil here and there...but my mom is so good at it...she's like my personal wedding planner...she used to have her own catering business and has worked many weddings so she's good at it too....it's a big help becuase I'm a full time grad student plus working part time so she eases my stress....I don't know how I would do it without her

i'm doing a lot of the research, planning, and coordinating then i discuss it with my fiance so he can part of the decision process. he loves being part of it so its much easier.
little things like gathering addresses and coordinating dates with dress fitting, i assign it to my honor attendant and sister.
but there's a lot more. keep a list and create due dates- that helps me a lot. this month is a quiet month. i didn't plan anything but next month, we are going to pick up with it again.

my sis (moh) and mom are planning w/ me....i ask my fh about most things and he usually agrees ;) the only thing he cares about is the food (hes a chef ) my fil's are in Ohio, so we send a lot of pics thru e-mail!!

i'm doing the majority of the planning..but mom is helping of course cause she's paying for most of it..lol... and my MOH and matron of honor are there for whatever i need. But mostly it's just me. ETA: and you girls of course.. you guys are my sounding board for ideas and you're always there to help!!!! i love LIW!!
