It is going to be very uncomfortable for me to be the center of attention. And have all eyes on me and FH!

I wasn't but DH was so nervous. When the priest said 'Do you Joe take...', he said 'Sounds like a plan' instead of 'I do'. It was cute.

I can't believe he said that!!!! That is SOOO funny and so cute!!

I'm not nervous about being the center of attention, all eyes on me thing, but I am a little concerned about all the mingling and socializing I have to do with my guests. I am SOOO bad at small talk and faking bubbliness. I am not bubbly.

I am DEFINATELY nervous about being the center of attention- and so is FH. We are very shy people, so it's going to be very difficult for us to deal with. FH is NOT looking forward to being introduced at the reception!

i have difficulty hiding my feelings too.... so if i hear the same questions over and over from people, it'll be hard to hide my annoyance. hehe

When my FSIL got married, they said their vows together, at certain points, shes supposed to say husband and he says wife, but she was crying and said wife instead, it was so funny and I think it broke a little tension!

Me too. I even had difficulty at my shower--I have never been the 'guest of honor' I have always been the one planning and throwing the event!

I no where near shy but i am VERY nervous about the church part.

I am a little nervous too. I just dont want to mess up anything like knock over the cake, fall down the aisle, etc. And everything is being photographed and video taped!

Is anyone else nervous of people coming up to you that your hardly know??? I have fh's relatives from italy coming that dont even speak english!!! I have never met his grandfather before... but he is coming at christmas time and staying till the wedding ( hopefully)
there is also some of my fmil's friends and far away relatives and my moms office friends that I hardly know!! Its going to be so strange looking at these strange people at my wedding!! lol I wont even know there names half of them... but hey I have a min. to fill so im not complaining

Im not shy at all, neither is FH, However, Im afraid I will look flushed, but I guess by paying all that $$ for make up I wont look. I can see myself tripping down the isle or something stupid like that..

I certainly am...I hate being the center of attention.....but hopefully after the first dance is over, I will warm up to it :)

I'm very nervous. I get overwhelmed by large groups of people, and my wedding is going to have >200 people there! On my bat mitzvah video, I look so overwhelmed and anxious...I'm afraid I'm going to be the same way at my wedding. I'm especially nervous about all those distant relatives (esp on FH's side) who I don't know!

we're not nervous we just don't really want to emphasize it. therefore, we cut out everything (introductions, first dance, cake cutting, etc.) i thought the dj was going to have a heart attack!

I am nervous too. I'm a middle child so I've never been the center of attention, ever. So this is going to be so uncomfortable for me.
I get weirded out when people sign me Happy Birthday. I don't even know what I am supposed to do, so I sing along just so I don't have to stand there like a dork.
