i am not sure if my parent's are paying for my dress they never came out and said that they were going to pay for it ..

how can i found out without asking them ? lol
when i tried on dresses and my mom saw that they were so much she said' why would you spend so much on one night' do you think thats a hint that im going to pay for it myself???

I paid for my own Dress, along with my Crown, Veil and Jewelry. They were way too expensive for me to even ask my mom.

THis is one thing I couldn't deny my mom. I haven't even started looking but when the price is in I'll decide whether we should go half and half. You should feel comfortable enough with just asking outright. Don't be nervous! Ask if they were going to 'help'. GOod Luck!

It souns like your mom want you to pay for it, but you never know if she's going to surprise you. I know my mom is going to pay for my dress and probably all the accessories!

My mom is paying for the dress and alterations. I'm paying for everything else in the wedding.

I thought I was paying for my dress since when I ordered it, no one gave me any money, but my mom surprised me and gave me a check that is covering the dress, alterations and whatever else I want.

I paid for it all, well actually VISA paid for it But I guess I'll be paying for it eventually........As far as finding out from your parents if they are going to pay for it- ask them if they are going to be able to help you at all with the wedding. If they say yes, then they should tell you what they plan on buying. Good luck!
