I am paying for my dress and everything that comes with it. No one has offered and I don't want to ask. I am getting a good price, though, from Pearlsplace.com!

My parents are paying for a lot (including my dress). I realize that I am very lucky.
I am wearing my mom's veil from her wedding to my dad 30 years ago. It only needs to be steamed it was so well preserved. I am going to have it attached to a new comb with crystals. The veil is all alencion lace and it is cathedral length.
As for undergarments and shoes I bought them myself.

Even though my mom is a complete lunatic, I love her...she is paying for the dress and all the extras.
Were you expecting your mom to pay for the dress? One way I hinted around about what mom was paying for was by sitting down with and my wedding planner book and going through all the budget things...Hmmm...'Mom, this is what I heard dresses on the average cost....I don't know if I can afford that do you think I should budget a lower amount?' This would be a perfect openning for her to step us and tell you what her intentions are.

OMG! I'm wearing my mom's veil too. It's 32 yrs old. It's a mantilla and also cathedral length.
BTW, my wonderful aunt is paying for my dress.
