Who pays for BP hair/makeup?

I paid for them.

I want my money back!!! One of the girls ruined her hair and I think the other girls would have paid to get their own hair done anyway.

I read somewhere, maybe knot.com, that if the bride is requiring a certain hairstyle and requiring that they get their hair done, then etiquette says she is to pay for it. If not, then it is their choice whether to do their hair themselves or not.

I asked that everyone's hair be up in a simple, elegant updo of some kind. Some chose to get their hair done and others did it themselves.

I did pay for my MOH because she did a lot for me throughout all the planning. I couldn't really afford to pay for everyone elses. All the weddings where I have been a bridesmaid, I always paid for my hair.
