My MOH and myself. We are giving the BMs two choices.

I picked out the designer,and color. The girls dresses are 2 piece so They picked out the tops. The skirts are all a-line.

I sent them a file with ~20 dresses and asked each of them to send me their top 4. Wound up that they wound up picking one or two of the same dresses. I brought two of my BM's to try on some of them the other night and we all decided on the one that they all seemed to love.

I wanted black, v-neck and nothing shiney (b/c shiney didn't seem to look right with my dress...and v-neck styles complimented my dress the most).

I picked them, the BM's had a lot of 'say' what they wanted,what they didn't want, but I made the decision.

I have a related quetion. I just have a MOH & 1BM
Both are OOT.

How the heck do we find dresses.
I''ve been saving a few pics & am going to email some options to them, but I can't see them try it on.
DO I just ordered them from a store near me. Or have 1 order it near her & get the other one's measurements for her?

My MOH picked it out. I told her when we went looking that I wanted a really light material and she wanted the same thing. So we tried on a million dresses and she put one on and said I love it!! I was so excited because I was eyeing that dress for a while, but I didn't want to influence the decision. Then I had all the other girls try it on and once we got the ok we ordered!!

It was weird. I had the dress I wanted and then I asked each of the girls to pick one they liked. We tried all of them on and I liked my soon to be sister in laws. I thought it was elegant and classy.
But one of my bridesmaids was not so happy about the selection. She wanted us to choose her dress. Oh Well
