we are getting married at the RH so our photographer told us we would need to see eachother before the ceremony in order to get all the pictures we want. (and i would like to be at my cocktail hour because there will be a mashed potatoe bar!) but FH isnt to happy because he thinks its supersticious to see me before the ceremony.

We are. Our ceremony doesnt start until 7 so in order to get outside photos with day light, we have no choice. He was a bit hesitant at first too, but now he thinks it will make him less nervous if he sees me before hand.

We're not b/c there wouldnt be time beforehand anyway (we're having an early wedding). But I dont see anything wrong with it at all.

im traditional also, i dont want to see him before the ceremony. there will be time for pics after but if u dont want to miss the cocktail hour then theres nothing wrong with that. a lot of couples see each other now before the ceremony. my friend did it and said it was a very personal, intimate moment. so u can kind of set it up that way if u want.

I always pictured seeing FH at the alter and walking up to him...corny..I know!!

I am not. We are having a early wedding and there wont be any time before. Besides, I want FH to first see me as I walk down the aisle. I want to WOW him!!!

We are. I definitely want to go to the CH. Plus we will be signing a ketubah before the ceremony so we'd see each other anyway.

We weren't going to but our ceremony is at 4:30 CH is at 7 or 7:30 And we want to be there, So we are toying with the idea of taking a few picture before. We have no idea where yet but it will work itself out. Plus, I know we will both be balling as I walk down the aisle regardless lol.

I'm in the traditional group. FH and I will also be sleeping in different places the night before and won't see each other until the doors to the church open.
ETA: my ceremony is at 3 and my CH doesn't start until 7:30, so we'll have PLENTY of time in between to take pics off site, take pics at the RH, and still make CH.
