Who provides the seating arrangement cards!!!

Does the caterer provide those cards to you or do you have to buy them yourselves? Who prints out the table assignments if the caterer does or do we have to write them out the day of?

some of the places i looked at provided them, but you fill them out. i went with a place that''s not a full blown wedding hall so they don''t provide them. I saw them today at Michaels crafts in Levittown on Hemp. typk. and they were not expensive.

Ours provided them and my mother and I wrote them out. You can do that about two weeks/one week ahead of time. You do the seating arrangement not the hall. This is one of the most frustrating things you have to do -- but it all works out.

I had two people with list checking people in with their table numbers before the ceremony started and then during the cocktail hour they walked aroung agian just in case people forget.
