I got an RSVP back from some friends of FH. They made their own box- maybe!! and checked that off! They wrote next to the maybe that they are trying to see if they can get airline tickets. They've had the invite for about a month now and we sent them an engagement announcement last fall letting them know an October 2007 wedding was planned and they still don't know what they are doing?? Ugh.

I read this yesterday and I have been telling people this story over and over again. Our RSVP date is Friday and I am probably going to have to make like 50 phone calls. If I get a maybe I am going to be pissed!!!! I know that upset you but your story has made me laugh for 2 days now. Thanks for sharing, people are sometimes so special in a short bus kind of way.
Glad I can make you laugh! Whoever wrote the line about having them drawing their own table had me laughing for days as well FH told them if we do not have an answer for us by the 13th then we will have to put them down as no.
