My girls are wearing raspberry - and I SOOOOO want shoes to match. However, FMIL, FSIL, and mom all freaked when I told them how I wanted to get shoes that were far from traditional.

I'm not sure if it is important enough for me to fight over... sigh... finding a cute pair of ivory shoes it is....

Gonna have mine dyed dark purple to match bm dresses. Hey if everyone else gets to wear my favorite color then I want to too lol!

I'm wearing blue shoes to church and blue converse for the reception!

Mom not happy but toooooo bad!!!! I didn't tell her what color to wear! Lol but she is glad I'm not wearing the sneakers to church!

I purchased dyeables and will dye them peacock blue and add vintage shoe clips I bought on etsy

My mom looked at me like i was nuts when I mentioned colored shoes as well LOL I really want them though, so I will probably get something like this but in purple:
