i'll see if my sister's husband can walk my mom down the aisle i guess. i'll see if my mom can carry my 2 month nephew too (my sister' and brother in law's son) . i think that would be cute as long my nephew cooperates. thanks girls!

Me! In the Jewish ceremony, both parents walk the bride and the groom down the aisle. Sadly, we lost my FH's mom on Thanksgiving, so we're not sure yet how he's getting there. He might do it in the Christian way and wait for us at the end. But both my parents are walking me down, even though we're not Jewish (FH is, and we're being married by a rabbi.) My mom was really touched when I asked her, and my dad doesn't mind. I have to make sure that they make the aisle wide enough for three big people though!

My FFIL is the best man, so he will be walking with the groomsman. My 2 future nephews will be walking my FMIL down the isle and seating other family members.

Good question... does it have to be someone in the family or can it just be FHs best man? Otherwise I'm not sure who would walk with my mom because there aren't really any single guys in my family...would it be weird if FH walked her down?

I didn't have my parents there BUT my aunt and uncle who are like my parents stepped in. For my aunt my cousin her son walked her down.
We didn't have the groomsmen walk with the BM's down the aisle till the end. For my MIL we had my brother in law, her son walk her. He was also in the bridal party but he just joined them when he was done. It came out perfect

shoooot I need to think of this one...especially if my two brothers in law are walking me down the aisle and my nephew is walking with my nieces...and of course FH has two best men....we don't have ushers (besides my nephew)....hmmmmmmm one more thing to think about!

I was thinking about my brother. Or, I will ask if she'd like to walk down with my grandparents. I'd really like them to walk down the aisle and she might like to be escorted by them.
