Who wants to see my favors?

I bought the tins for $20 on eBay. I bought the MMs from EconomyCandy on the Lower East side, near the Williamsburg Bridge. I bought the silk flowers from Michaels. I used a hot glue gun to secure the flower heads to the tins. I then put in the MMs.

Let's play a game...

How many M&Ms can fit comfortaby in these 2' diameter tins?

Those are really nice!! About how much are they running you per piece (if you don't mind me asking)?

My guess is 28 M&Ms..........

Wow! Right off that bat. Great guess. Yes, you are correct. I fit 10 M&Ms of 4 colors into the tins comfortably.

Question. It looks like you got only certain color M&M's. I am trying to find red white and blue and I am having a really difficult time. Do you mind FMing the price of the candy and the location of the store?

Sure, the candy was $4.99 per pound. They had about 20 different colors.

I got black, white, light blue, and saphire colors.

The count total for the pound of white M&Ms is 505.
The count total for the pound of light blue is 432.
The total count for the pound of saphire is 515.
The total count for the pound of black is 550.

So I got exactly enough to make 50 favor tins.

So how many did you eat while putting them together? Cause I just finished my almonds and I have been eating them for days!!!!
