Who is the first person you actually developed a friendship with in this site. Friendship meaning you added them to other buddy lists, talked more often, maybe phone, or even in person.
The first person I met on here is my dearest Marni..and we havent stopped talking since!!

my first really normal people i met here were , DIANE CIRA JENNRENEE AND ANNA.. and we had a BLAST!! its was much fun!!

Wendy - we haven't spoken, but I've always felt a special kinship with you since we're both in the same age range! I always enjoy your posts and can relate.

I hope I didn't come across as feeling sorry for myself. I guess the reason I have never been more than a board particpant is two-fold. First I am not much of a joiner. I'm very quiet and find it difficult to talk to people in person that I don't know. Second and the stronger reason, is that I sometimes feel rather awkward here...sort of like I don't belong. After all, I am old enough be the mother of a lot of the ladies here and I am a grandmother. A young grandma though . But while almost everyone else is talking about TTC I am dealing with the onset of menopause (sorry if this is TMI). I sometimes sort of wish that LIW would make an over 40 board . No offense to the younger ladies!

Jamie you know I could so sympathize with you in your P.B.S (not the channel) saga. My heart went out to a fellow sufferer. I'm so glad the dress today was what you had hoped for.
