so... most if not all of us have said, 'it seems so far away, i want to get married now!, i can't wait' etc.
So.... what are the reasons your glad your waiting till 2010.
I'll say the first obvious one... $. I really have NO idea how we would get married in 2009 because we will be saving till the very last possible minute.
any other reasons, school, trips, fam stuff, etc.

-Money -So I could really plan and prepare (I love the whole process)! -So that I could finish my Masters degree and get more settled in my career -We have more time to find a place together -I would like to get my license before we get married -I love my wedding date and would not change it for the world -It gives us more time to enjoy being engaged

MONEY is the only reason! We were going to get married in October of 2009, I am so glad we aren't because we won't have enough money saved by then! I want to buy a house so we need to save more money.

BY 2010 we'll have been waiting almost 3 years. Whenever anyone asked me why I was waiting so long (try being asked that LAST year and thye look sooo confused- im sorry are you paying for the wedding). My two biggest reasons: to save $$$ and to have more time to plan!! Also last year at this time, I didnt have a full time job so I didnt know where I would be.

we are paying for the wedding ourselves & plus we need to find a place to live (we both still live at home) so we are saving for both
our engagement will be a almost a year & 9 months
i think house/condo hunting is way more stressful than wedding planning right about nowwww

I just went through the STRESSFUL house hunting...if you need any tips, FM me.
As for me...I had my heart set on 12/11/10 for over a year now. I'm bad at remembering dates (FH is AMAZING at remembering them) and it just flowed so nicely... Also, more time to lose weight more time to plan!!!!!! 2010 brides are the best

mostly we wanted to wait so we didnt have to rush to plan anything. we wanted to take our time. money was a factor too but not as much since our parents are picking up most of the cost
