WHY CAN'T I

GET OFF THIS SITE AND DO SOMETHING PRODUCTIVE?? I need help

Does anyone know of any 12 step programs for what I have?? My title now says its a sickness I think I am beyond that. Someone, anyone please help me. I need to wean myself away

Shamma you have already admitted you have a problem. I think that is a big first step.

Now........Start only being on the boards for a certain period of time each day. STICK TO THE LIMITS!!!!
